

The bands unique musical style should be reflected by the artwork as well. The artwork assets were used on all popular social media outlets and streaming plattforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Soundcloud, Spotify, Apple Music and many others. Therefore a huge set various plattform specific artworks were created for the band including stills, mockups and videos.

The Logo.
The logo was developed in a multi-step, iterative process with the band. The first step was to develop the fonts. In the process, the band decided on a custom handwritten element for "REWIND" and a second font for "85". To convey the neon synthwave feel, a neon-like color and glow effect was applied to the handwritten font to make it look like a sign. In addition, a triangle - as a typical 80s element - was added in the background to imply a retrospective element that would also give more emphasis to the word "REWIND". Additionally the triangle helped to enclose the font based logo in a certain way. Finally, a palm tree was added to give the logo a tropical vibe with a reference to California or Miami.

A Custom WordPress theme with Elementor as WYSIWYG-Editor. Like all artwork assets, the website adopts the developed style of the band in every aspect.
The Website.

The responsive website is based on a custom WordPress theme. To allow easy maintenance even for non-technical band members, the website was equipped with Elementor, as a simple WYSIWYG page builder, and adapted to the band's needs.
